'Martinette' is a tazetta daffodil. A dainty thing which is well suited to pots or the front of spring borders. It has grey-green leaves and stems of four or five strongly-scented flowers, in early spring. Each flower with lemon yellow perianth segments, pale orange at the base, and ribbed, bright orange coronas. Leans to an alkaline soil preference, moderately fertile and well drained. Has a musky sweet fragrance. Naturalises beautifully in grasslands as well as doing well in pots and containers when planted into a loam based compost with good drainage.

Hardy perennial, will return year after year.
